RICE WITH BLUEBERRIES
Ingredients for 4 people:

- 200 g rice
- 140 g blueberries
- 1 shallot
- 20 g butter
- 3/4 liter of vegetable bouillon
- red wine
- salt

Method:

Warm up butter in a pan, then add the minced shallot and let it brown over a low flame.

As the shallot is ready, add the rice and stir it for 2-3 minutes, then add a glass of red wine and let it evaporate.

Wash and dry the blueberries, than add the half of them into the rice, stir and let it cooking adding a bit of vegetable bouillon.

As the rice is almost cooked, add the rest of the blueberries and finish cooking.

At the end you can add some spoons of raped Parmesan cheese.
